Reception Buffet
For corporate receptions, brand events, anniversary gatherings, and private parties where guests move freely, converse, and are hosted with attention to detail.
From JPY 8,000 per guest.
Haute Couture Private Dining
For private residences, executive dining, confidential gatherings, and occasions requiring a more personal culinary presence.
From JPY 20,000 per guest.
Final proposals are prepared after the occasion, guest profile, venue conditions, and required service structure have been reviewed.
Menus can be developed to suit the occasion, from contemporary dishes incorporating Japanese elements to classical French preparations. Beverage arrangements can also be coordinated according to the setting and guest profile.

Hiromi Koshimizu is a Japan-based chef specializing in French cuisine, with more than 26 years of culinary experience.
Through Hiromi Koshimizu Gastronomie, she works with corporate, private, and international clients who seek chef-led dining for important occasions.
Her work focuses on reception catering, bespoke menus, and private dining where the atmosphere, guest profile, and purpose of the occasion are treated with care.
Based near Tokyo, Hiromi Koshimizu Gastronomie accepts engagements within approximately 100 km of central Tokyo, including the wider Kantō region. Inquiries and on-site service are received in both English and Japanese. The number of engagements accepted each month is intentionally limited.

What is the starting price?
Reception Buffet starts from JPY 8,000 per guest. Haute Couture Private Dining starts from JPY 20,000 per guest. Final proposals are prepared after the occasion and service requirements have been reviewed.
How far in advance should we inquire?
For most receptions and private dinners, four to eight weeks of lead time is preferred. Shorter timelines can sometimes be accommodated depending on the date, venue, and scope of the occasion.
