We provided catering for an investor reception of around 80 guests in Minato City, Tokyo.
The presentations were the focus of the occasion. The sound of service during a talk, or a queue for food just as the main discussion began, would have detracted from the event’s purpose.
We therefore agreed in advance which dishes to serve at each stage and when service should pause. The order and timing of the food were planned around the intervals between presentations and the periods when guests would move through the venue.
